Even after gaining real time project experience and hands-on expertise during my training at Jenrac, my biggest fear was how I will go about doing my first job and what if I forget something which I have been taught or what if there is something I simply cannot do? My biggest fear came to reality when I got my first contract as an ongoing support SAP FI consultant with help from Jenrac and then got stuck with something at the client's site and just did not know what to do and how to go forward? I stepped out of the client's place for a while and called Jenrac in panic and found my trainer to be extremely helpful. He not only quickly explained me the entire concept again but took me through the issue step by step to help me realise, what I was missing. If I had failed at my first job, I just don’t know where I would have been today. Won’t ever forget that day and the help I received. Thank you Jenrac. - Preeti
